about us "Property & Equipment Services" blossomed from "Jack of All Trades" which was a part time venture embarked upon about 2 years ago having completed a business start programme at Banbridge Enterprise Centre. It soon became impossible to maintain the standard of workmanship that I am renowned for and complete the growing workload plus keep up a full time job as well, so the difficult decision to leave full time employment and plough all my efforts into self employment was made on the 1st January 2006, with the launch of "Property & Equipment Services". The "equipment" part of the name is in reference to pottery equipment, and especially Kiln Maintenance. An area in which I excel and there is no one in the marketplace who will be able to supply elements and spares and do maintenance on site at my rates. My experience in this field is almost 4 years with "Ulster Ceramics Pottery Supplies" as Sales & Marketing manager, an elaborate title which may appear on my CV, but in truth I was responsible for Sales, Purchasing, Kiln Maintenance, Customer Service, and on occasion Packaging and Despatch, prior to that (though not immediately previous) I was 7 years with "Scarva Pottery Supplies" as a Ceramics Technician where I first started Kiln Maintenance, some in potteries but mostly in schools and college art departments. |
